Justin Bieber, just an ordinary kid with an extraordinary Mom

Justin’s mom was only 18 when she gave birth to Justin Drew Bieber on March 1st 1994, in London, Ontario, Canada. His mother Pattie raised Justin as a single Mother with the help of his grandfather. She worked several jobs to support the two of them. He was only 8 years old when he picked up his Mom’s guitar and started messing around with it. Music came naturally to him and he soon learned piano.

He won second place in the school’s talent show . His mother proudly posted the video of his 2nd place position on YouTube for family members and friends far away to enjoy. It was that video that helped get him discovered by producer Scott “Scooter” Braun when he was only 12 years old.

His Mother accompanies him on tours and continues to raise him to be a good kid. She doesn’t want all this stardom to go to his head and has no problem grounding him from his phone when he doesn’t do his school work. “I just want him to have as normal childhood as possible”, she said. She has also shared that she is shocked and disgusted at some of the things she has witnessed at his concerts. The most disturbing being older women, around 40 or so, throwing their panties on stage.

Patti had a tough childhood. She endured sexual abuse from the ages of 5 and 10. She has used the phrase “hard partier at the age of 15″ to describe herself. She has admitted to attempting suicide. Of course becoming a Mother changed all of that and she has dedicated the last 17 years of her life to her baby boy and will continue to install good Christian values in him.
