Justin and Selena publicly confirm their relationship.

About a year ago, we all suspected the two of seeing each other, with the photos in every glossy celebrity gossip magazine, fan site, and celebrity news blog. Although their body language suggested otherwise, they both denied the relationship. Upon people asking about their status, Justin told the public he was not in an exclusive relationship, and trying to redirect the interviews, and change the subject by making statements like, “I want girls to hear my music, and want to play it again because it made their hearts feel good”. Selena agreed that she was close with Bieber, but they were just good, good friend, telling the public that Justin was “like a little brother to her”.

Well, a lot can change in a year’s time. Justin was busy with his “My World” tour until recently, and Selena has her own busy schedule. Upon Justin’s return, he made plans to see Selena in person very soon. Being nominated for 11 awards, he attended the Billboard Music Awards with a special date, Selena. The night in Vegas went great, he walked away winning over half of his nominations (Six of the Eleven), and his beautiful date in his arms. Justin and Selena shared a very public, big award ceremony worthy kiss toward the end of the event.

Not long after, the two went on a beach vacation together in Maui, Hawaii. They shared long days in the sun, virgin cocktails, and gourmet dinners on their vacation. All that said, it’s harder to the young love birds to deny any romantic sparks flying between the them. On June 1, he returned home to Canada, with Selena! Justin seemed quite proud when he introduced Selena to his Father, and two younger siblings at a lazy day in the park. Onlookers report that Justin’s little siblings took a liking to Selena very quickly, playing, joking around and giggling in the park. It seemed like the “Meet the Parents” step of the relationship went perfect. They all loved Selena.

Since Justin has returned from Tour, him and Selena have been together all the time! Earlier in the week, they dined at Pappasito’s Cantina, in Arlington, Texas. Their assigned waiter was happy that the party of about 18 was sat in his “section”. Among those at the table were Selena’s mom and step-father, as well as a couple of her cousins and close friends, and Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun (Who footed the bill).

Well, between the public kiss at a high publicity event, seaside vacation, and the young couple introducing each other to their families, everything is looking great for them.
